Kathryn Davies
Kathryn is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated in 2018 from Cardiff University. Since then she has gained experience in the NHS and private sector.
Kathryn has gained qualifications from Everything Natal, completing their foundations & pelvic floor courses. She is also qualified in pregnancy massage.
Kathryn has gained her level 3 Matwork Pilates qualifications as well as being trained in antenatal and post natal mathwork Pilates.
Kathryn works from Station House Health & Wellbeing as part ofĀ Gillian McCabe Physio Ltd but also runs her own physiotherapy clinic in Bridgend.
Her specialist interests include the management of urinary incontinence, overactive bladder (urgency), antenatal and post natal conditions, vaginal prolapse, constipation management and Pilates.
She became interested in pelvic health after seeing so many women in the musculoskeletal service whose pain and weakness were often linked to pelvic floor dysfunction.Ā
"I wanted to expand my knowledge to help my musculoskeletal patients, but ended up finding so much reward from treating female pelvic health dysfunction."
Her hobbies outside of the workplace include anything that relates to netball!
